Welcome Back!!

We're finally back online after having our computer in the shop for over 6 weeks! As you can see, we have much to share! I'm 7 1/2 months old now, I haven't quite figured out the crawling thing yet but I can sit real well and can even pull myself up in my crib. My favorite things are; watching my dogs play and hanging out with my brothers. I also love to see how loud I can talk and the biggest news of late is that I have one bottom tooth coming in! Mommy says I'm a good teether; no fussiness, drooling or fevers. And let me tell you, if I'm happy, everybody is happy!! My Daddy hasn't had it so good though. He broke his leg last month while skydiving. He'll be in a cast for several more months and he has plates, wires and screws holding his leg together. The good news is, he gets to spend lots of time at home with me these days. My brother Kristopher is finishing up the soccer season. Daddy took some great action shots of him at the last game (he's number 23 in the purple shirt). He has a tournament coming up in 2 weeks and then him and Danyl have tryouts for the fall. I'm so happy to share these new pics with you. I hope you enjoy them and continue to check back to my blog for more photos! I've missed you all!

Good Times...

My First Meal

I had my first taste of rice cereal! At first I wasn't really into it but it didn't taste so bad after a while. I've since been eating sweet potatoes and carrots too. I have to say, I do like my veggies! Here's some pics for you to enjoy since you couldn't join me for my first meal. Kristopher put my bib on and Daddy fed me while Mommy took pictures. It was a family event!!

Valentine's Day Dinner

My Daddy took us all out to dinner at "The Melting Pot" for a V-day dinner. I got all dressed up for our night out. Everyone said I looked so pretty in my little pink dress!

They serve delicious fondue at The Melting Pot. My brothers really enjoyed their meal...I can't wait to eat solids!

This was the fondue dessert they had. It was a Yin and Yang chocolate with fruits and cakes for dipping.

Here's Mommy and Daddy! My Daddy bought Mommy a beautiful floating heart necklace with an emerald and diamonds...I like how it sparkles! She says he did a good job this year ;0)!

Growing like a little weed...

I've discovered my toes!!! I grab them every chance I get...still trying to figure out how to get them in my mouth though. I'm growing so fast, today I had my 4 month check up at my doctor's office. I'm 26 inches long and in the 95th height percentile, I'm also 13 lbs 8 oz. and in the 50th weight percentile. I just might grow up to be a tall girl! My doctor says I can start eating cereal in the next couple weeks. My Daddy is so excited to feed me...he says Mommy's been having all the fun feeding me and now it's his turn...ok, but it's sure to be messier!

Look closely...notice the barf on Daddy's chin?? I LOVE to throw up on him...THIS time he was lucky, it only ended up on his chin...I'm typically pretty accurate for getting it right in his mouth most times! Good thing he's so crazy about me...he just laughs...any Mommy laughs harder! Did I mention that I don't ever do this to Mommy??

I'm sitting in the high chair my Grandpa and Grandma Bates bought me. I love sitting here up so high! I also like to play in my "Intellitainer", and I really enjoy pushing the buttons to make music and sound. Mommy says it teaches me cause and effect. I'll be enjoying my first meal in my new high chair real soon....stay posted!!!!
